A biblioteca iTunes não é apresentada.

Para apresentar a sua biblioteca iTunes no rekordbox, primeiro, clique duas vezes em [iTunes] na vista da árvore para abrir os grupos, em seguida, selecione [Todos os áudios]. Para obter uma playlist do iTunes, abra [Listas de reprodução] e selecione a playlist com a qual pretende apresentar a biblioteca.

*faixas não são apresentadas quando é selecionado apenas [iTunes].

As definições variam, dependendo do computador que está a ser utilizado.

Para Mac

Na última versão do rekordbox, mão são necessárias quaisquer definições.

Para Windows

A biblioteca iTunes pode nem sempre ser criada , utilizando o iTunes12.2 e posterior.

Verifique a caixa de seleção [Share iTunes Library XML with other applications] das [Advanced Preferences] no iTunes.

Em seguida, reinicie o iTunes e o rekordbox depois de os desligar.

Se as pastas das listas de reprodução não forem corretamente apresentadas, atualize o rekordbox para a versão 3.2.2 ou posterior para resolver o problema.

O ficheiro da biblioteca iTunes pode não estar corretamente especificado. Para designar o ficheiro iTunes Library xml, selecione [Preferências] > [Avançadas] > [Base de dados] e selecione o ficheiro xml para a biblioteca iTunes.

Com os ficheiros de definições do rekordbox transferidos de outro computador, o ficheiro da biblioteca iTunes pode ser alterado de iTunesMusicLibrary.xml para iTunesLibrary.xml.

Se for este o caso com o seu ficheiro, mude a definição acima para iTunesLibrary.xml.

I cannot record audio in PERFORMANCE mode.

In PERFORMANCE mode, you can record Master Out of rekordbox or input audio from Pioneer DJ products.（When you are to record input audio from equipment other than Pioneer DJ products, use recording function in EXPORT mode.）

Check the followings

In case no equipment is connected or equipment other than Pioneer DJ products is connected:

Check the following two settings.

Open [Preferences] > [Audio] > [Audio] and check if a computer built-in speaker is selected.

Open [Preferences] > [Audio] > [Mixer Mode] and check if "Internal" is selected.

In case a Pioneer DJ product is connected:

Open [Preferences] > [Audio] > [Input channels] > [Input Record]. Check if the channel of the connected Pioneer DJ product is selected correctly.

If you use DJM, DDJ-SZ, DDJ-RZ, DDJ-RZX, DDJ-REV7 as external equipment, click the [Setting Utility] button to open the Setting Utility window. Select the [MIXER OUTPUT] tub and select mixer audio output for each channel.

Check if the volume of recording is zero or not.

Adjust the volume by turning the level knob while checking the level meters.

Check if the disk has enough space to save the recorded files.
Check if destination of the recorded files is correctly selected.

Open [Preferences] > [Controller] > [Recordings] > [Recordings] and check [Location of Files].

I cannot use XDJ-RX with rekordbox dj.

O botão rekordbox [LINK] não aparece quando ligo o meu computador ao CDJ/XDJ com um cabo LAN.

O PRO DJ LINK funciona quando o rekordbox está no modo EXPORT. (Não funciona no modo PERFORMANCE.)

Dependendo do software de segurança utilizado no seu computador e das respetivas definições do sistema operativo, poderá não ser possível estabelecer uma ligação ao PRO DJ LINK. Caso isto ocorra, será necessário verificar as suas definições para os 4 seguintes programas, de modo a assegurar que não se encontram bloqueados:
- rekordbox program file
- ProDJ Link System Manager
- ProDJ Link NFS Server
- edb_streamd
verificar "Windows Firewall settings"
PRO DJ LINK poderá deixar de funcionar corretamente se o seu computador estiver ligado a múltiplas redes, dado que as redes (LAN com fios, sem fios, etc.) poderão interferir entre si. Se for o caso do seu computador, pode solucionar o problema ao desativar as redes não utilizadas pelo PRO DJ LINK ou definir a prioridade da rede adequadamente em favor da rede utilizada.
PRO DJ LINK poderá deixar de funcionar corretamente se a Porta utilizada pelo rekordbox para o PRO DJ LINK estiver a ser utilizada por outra aplicação (servidor NSF, etc.). Para solucionar este problema, feche a aplicação ou serviço que estiver a ser utilizado e tente novamente em seguida.
PRO DJ LINK poderá deixar de funcionar corretamente se a Partilha de Internet estiver ativada. Se for esse o caso, desative a Partilha de Internet e tente novamente em seguida.
Quando existir um router ligado na rede utilizada pelo PRO DJ LINK, poderá ocorrer a falha de ligação adequada da rede dependendo da ordem na qual os dispositivos ligados sejam ligados. Ligue primeiramente a alimentação para o router e ligue o dispositivo em seguida ou desligue o router.

rekordbox video works slowly. What should I do?

First, check System Requirements for rekordbox video.

Then, check the followings:

Close other applications than rekordbox.
If your computer limits the CPU due to power saving option, please cancel the power saving option.
Open [Preferences] > [Video] > [Video Quality] and select [Low].

The resolution of video will become lower and rekordbox video will work better.

For DDJ-RZX users, open [Preferences] > [Controller] > [Others] > [Touch Display] and untick the checkbox of [Display video on the touch screen when pressing the VIEW button].

Video will not be shown on the DDJ-RZX display and rekordbox video will work better.

If the video will not be shown on both decks of the DDJ-RZX even when you tick the checkbox of [Display video on the touch screen when pressing the VIEW button] in [Touch Display], please select EXPORT mode and then PERFORMANCE mode again. Or, please disconnect the DDJ-RZX and connect it again.

I cannot turn on the video function at [Preferences] > [Video].

When you select [Low Speed] at [Preferences] > [View] > [Waveform] > [Waveform Drawing Rate], the video function will be disabled and [Enable Video Function] will be grayed out at [Preferences] > [View].

If [Low Speed] is selected at [View] > [Waveform] > [Waveform Drawing Rate],

[Enable Video Function] at [Preferences] > [View] is grayed out.

Follow the steps below to enable the video function.

You can solve the issue by launching the DJM-250MK2 in normal mode.

2. Click [Processes] tub in Task Manager.
3. Window10 and 8.1: Click "rekordbox program file" and [End task].

For Mac

1. Press [command]+[option]+[esc] and click "rekordbox" in "Force Quit Applications" window.
2. Click [Force Quit].

4. Click [X] button in "Force Quit Applications" window to close it.

Turn off the power of the DJM-250MK2, then turn it on again.

Enlarged waveforms move at a different speed in each deck.

Follow the steps below to match the speed of the enlarged waveform to the tempo.

When DVS is enabled, the speed of an enlarged waveform is corresponded to the BPM of its track.

A track in the iTunes track list has a mark with a diagonal line on it and cannot be played.

The track’s file is not stored on your computer and cannot be played on rekordbox.

Either the track was not downloaded following purchase, or it is stored to the cloud.

Audio skips or drops out when using BEAT FX on DDJ-1000.

We identified an issue causing audio to skip or drop out when Beat FX are applied to some channels such as Mic and Master.

Open [Control Panel] > [Hardware and Sound] > [Sound].

Sometimes normal playback disabled when the coneccted DJ equipment is selected as Default Device.

In this case, select Speakers, etc. as Default Device.

Please follow the steps below.

Close rekordbox.
Open [Control Panel] > [Hardware and Sound] > [Sound].
Click the [Playback] tab in the [Sounds] panel to check what is selected as Default Device with a green check mark.
Click a built-in device in your computer other than the connected DJ equipment and click [Set Default].

The selected device is now the Default Device and the green tick icon is displayed on it.
Close the Sound dialog box and the Control Panel window.
Relaunch rekordbox.

Quando importei os ficheiros gravados para o iTunes, a informação de tags que introduzi não foi refletida no iTunes.

I am using DJM-2000NXS for audio device but no information is displayed at the input channel and I cannot record.

When inputting audio from DJM-2000NXS, the following setting is required.

For Mac, creation of Audio MIDI Aggregate Device

Please switch the setting as follows when DJM-2000NXS is connected to your computer with the USB cable.

1.Input/output setting for DJM-2000NXS (Win/Mac)

Step1. Open [Preferences] > [Audio] > [Audio] and confirm the setting is as follows:

For Windows: [PIONEER DJM-2000 ASIO]
For Mac: [DJM-2000 output]

Step2. Open [Preferences] > [Audio] > [Input channels] and click [Setting Utility]

Step3. Switch [Input/Output] at [DJM-2000 Setting Utility] depending on your computer’s operating system (OS) as follows:

For Windows: ASIO 3 outputs 1 input 16 bits DirectX 1 output 1 input
For Mac: 6-channel output 2-channel input 16 bits
Note: When the input/output setting is switched as described above, CH4 of DJM-2000NXS cannot be used for output.

2.Creation of Audio MIDI Aggregate Device (For Mac)

Step1. From the Finder, open [Application] > [Utility] and click [Audio MIDI Setting].

Step2. Click the [+] button at the left bottom in the [Audio Devices] window and select [Create Aggregate Device].

Step3. Tick the checkbox of [DJM-2000] and [DJM-2000 output].

Step4. Change the name from [Aggregate Device] to [DJM-2000_input/output]. Enter the name exactly as is.(Caution: the device will not work if the name is entered differently).

Step5. Open [Preferences] > [Audio] > [Audio] and select [DJM-2000_input/output].

A sincronização com um dispositivo continua persistentemente e é apresentado o cursor com indicação de ocupado.

Dependendo do número de listas de reprodução a sincronizar e as faixas incluídas nelas, a quantidade de tempo que o rekordbox necessita para concluir o processo de sincronização pode ser diferente.

Se tiver muitas listas de reprodução e faixes, um computador pode apresentar o cursor ocupado dependendo das especificações do computador.

Tente reduzir o número de listas de reprodução e faixas num processo de sincronização.

Não consigo reproduzir faixas de áudio a partir do rekordbox no leitor de DJ através da ligação de um link.

O PRO DJ LINK funciona quando o rekordbox se encontra no modo EXPORT. (Não funciona no modo PERFORMANCE. )

Se a opção [UNLOCK/LOCK] no leitor de DJ estiver definida para [LOCK], não será possível carregar faixas para o leitor de DJ enquanto uma música estiver a ser reproduzida (apenas para o CDJ-2000). Também não poderá arrastar faixas, se as carregar ao mesmo tempo que uma Cue está a ser chamada no leitor de DJ.
Dependendo do software de segurança usado no seu computador e das definições do sistema operativo, pode não ser possível estabelecer uma ligação PRO DJ LINK . Se isto ocorrer, será necessário verificar as suas definições para os quatro programas seguintes para garantir que não se encontram bloqueados:
- rekordbox program file
- ProDJ Link System Manager
- ProDJ Link NFS Server
- edb_streamd

Para Mac OS X, tenha em atenção que os ficheiros de música com caminhos de ficheiro longos não podem ser reproduzidos utilizando o PRO DJ LINK. Certifique-se de que grava ficheiros de música num local seguro com um caminho de ficheiro que não tenha mais do que 256 caracteres.
Os ficheiros de música transferidos do Windows XP ao Windows Vista/7/8 e gravados em My Music podem ficar indisponíveis para reprodução utilizando o PRO DJ LINK. Se este parecer ser o caso dos seus ficheiros, renomeie a pasta onde os ficheiros de música estão guardados e, em seguida, use Relocalizar para voltar a atribuir a localização quando a mensagem “Media em falta” for apresentada para a redefinir.
Tenha em atenção que as faixas de música de [Device] não podem ser carregadas para o CDJ com o PRO DJ LINK. Para reproduzir essas faixas de música, em vez disso, ligue o dispositivo diretamente ao Leitor de DJ.

Se uma faixa foi importada a partir de um dispositivo externo, o rekordbox pode não conseguir encontrar a faixa, se a letra da unidade do dispositivo (“E” por exemplo) for diferente da letra da unidade no momento em que a faixa foi importada. Mude a letra da unidade para que fique igual à letra que tinha quando a faixa foi importada.
Com iTunes, se a definição “Manter a pasta Media do iTunes organizada” tiver sido ativada, quando os títulos ou outros tipos de informação de faixa é alterada no iTunes, o iTunes mudas a localização da faixa, o nome do ficheiro, etc. Para importar as mesmas faixas no iTunes e rekordbox, desative a definição “Manter a pasta iMedia do iTunes organizada”.
