You can start over from an empty library in ver. 6, or from a library conversion in ver. 5.
Procedure:
1. Make sure that Cloud Library Sync is turned on on all devices that have once been synced using Cloud Library Sync.
2. Go to [Cloud Library Sync] > [Move to local storage] for tracks uploaded by rekordbox for Mac/Windows.
3. Delete the Collection and all playlists in rekordbox for Mac/Windows.
4. Wait for the Collection and playlists to be deleted on all synchronized devices.
5. The ver. 6 library is now empty. If you want to start over from the ver. 5 library conversion, go to the application menu and select [File] > [Library] > [Import your library from ver.5 (or earlier)].

If your version of rekordbox doesn't support Auto Upload, it won't be enabled and the playlist will work in the usual way.
Update rekordbox to the latest version to enable Auto Upload.

Check if you're logged into your Dropbox account in the rekordbox preferences.
Next, make sure the account you're logged into on the Dropbox desktop application matches the Dropbox account you're logged into within rekordbox.

If [Move] is selected when uploading tracks, the tracks will move from the original folder to the Dropbox folder.
As a result, the tracks in the folder that the iTunes/Apple Music app refers to are deleted and can't be played.
To upload a track and keep it in the folder that the iTunes/Apple Music app refers to, select [Copy]. You can switch this setting in [Preferences] > [Advanced] > [Library Sync].
If you've already moved a track to a Dropbox folder, you can return it to the previous folder by selecting [Cloud Library Sync] > [Move to local storage] in the context menu.
https://rekordbox.com/en/support/faq/library-sync-6/#faq-4677
You can select [Tracks stored on the computer] or [Tracks stored on other devices] in the Cloud column to remove unwanted tracks by filtering them.
Syncing the same track on multiple devices with Cloud Library Sync after importing the same track on each device results in duplication. You can determine which device the track is from by filtering by [Tracks stored on the computer] or [Tracks stored on other devices] in the cloud column. Then you can delete the tracks you don't want.

Library Sync enables you to prepare tracks for your DJ performance using the same library on different devices which are logged into the same AlphaTheta account.
There are 2 types of Library Sync: Mobile Library Sync and Cloud Library Sync.
Please see the links below to find out more.
Mobile Library Sync: here.
Cloud Library Sync: here.
You can use Library Sync with rekordbox for Mac/Windows (ver. 6 or later) and rekordbox for iOS/Android (ver. 3 or later).
https://rekordbox.com/en/support/faq/library-sync-6/#faq-39501
Check if any of the following applies:
Use the same AlphaTheta account on all your devices.
You can check which AlphaTheta account you're using on each device as follows:
rekordbox for Mac/Windows: MY PAGE
rekordbox for iOS/Android: [Settings] > [Account Information]
rekordbox for Mac/Windows: On MY PAGE, open the [CLOUD] tab and turn on [Sync library to another device].
rekordbox for iOS/Android: Open [Settings] > [Account Information] and turn on [Cloud Library Sync].
Libraries can't be synced when you're using LINK EXPORT mode.
When you finish using LINK EXPORT mode, the library will resume syncing.

You can use Cloud Library Sync to sync your library on the cloud with the libraries on your computers and mobile devices.
Upload tracks and videos to the cloud, then you can play them on other devices as well.
For example, you can seamlessly use the same library on the computer you use for music production and the laptop you use for DJing. You can also prepare tracks for DJing using a mobile device when you're on the move.
Here are the differences depending on the plan you chose to use.
You can upload and sync up to 10 tracks that can be added to the [Trial playlist - Cloud Library Sync], which is a playlist for sync.
Please note: The entire library will not be synchronized.
The entire library can be synchronized.
You can select individual playlists and tracks to then upload them to the cloud.
This will depend on the Dropbox plan you're using for storage capacity when uploading files.
The entire library can be synchronized.
You can either select individual playlists and tracks to upload to the cloud, or automatically upload all your files.
You can also automatically upload up to 5 TB worth of files on your Dropbox account.
The entire library can be synchronized if you add the Cloud Option to the Free plan, Core plan, or Creative plan.
You can make selections by playlist and track, and upload them to the cloud.
You can also automatically upload up to 1 TB worth of files on your Dropbox account.
See here for information on the Synchronization methods for the Creative plan and Professional plan.

Yes, you can.
It is recommended that the "My Drive syncing options" be set to the default setting of "Stream files".
For more details, please refer to the following Google Drive Help.
https://rekordbox.com/en/support/faq/library-sync-6/#faq-50642
When logged in to both Dropbox and Google Drive, you can choose only one cloud storage service to upload your tracks to. (You can download tracks from either cloud storage)
You can change the settings at the [CLOUD] tab screen in MY PAGE.
https://rekordbox.com/en/support/faq/library-sync-6/#faq-q600190
In order to sync tracks with other computers after importing them from the Google Drive folder, upload them from rekordbox to Google Drive.
However, the Google Drive will have duplicated music files; the existing files and files uploaded from rekordbox.
To avoid saving duplicated music files, move the tracks to a local folder on your computer and then import them into [Collection] of rekordbox.

One Synchronization method is going to MY PAGE and opening the [LIBRARY SYNC] or [CLOUD] tab, then going to [Synchronization method] to select [Synchronize selected music files only] or [Synchronize all music files].
For rekordbox ver. 6.6.9 or later, only these two options can be slected
1. [Synchronize selected music files only] or 2. [Synchronize all music files].
If rekordbox is updated to version 6.6.9 or later and Cloud Library Sync is on, [Synchronize all music files] is selected by default.
* For rekordbox ver. 6.6.8 or earlier, only the setting for synchronizing all the music files is supported.
This is the Synchronization method where the API is used to access Dropbox.
The music files you wish to download can be selected out of the music files uploaded to Dropbox.
With this Synchronization method, Dropbox is accessed via the API, so the Dropbox desktop application does not need to be installed.
Using a laptop to save music files on an external storage device can save more storage space in local storage than using the Dropbox desktop application.
This is the Synchronization method using the Dropbox desktop application.
All the music files uploaded to Dropbox are downloaded.
Because uploaded music files are automatically downloaded and kept synchronized, this saves the effort of having to manually synchronize files.
To use this Synchronization method, the Dropbox desktop application must be installed and the Dropbox account must also be logged into.
Auto Upload can be turned on for the music files in the Collection or playlists to be automatically uploaded to Dropbox.
* If subscribed to the Professional plan, [Collection Auto Upload] can be turned on for the automatic upload of the Collection.
* If subscribed to the Creative plan, the playlist [Auto Upload] can be turned on for the automatic upload of the playlists.
If all the files in the Collection are used in playlists, all the files in the Collection can be uploaded automatically.

Yes, it can be used.
Please also configure the settings in either of the following ways to avoid copying multiple copies of music files to local storage.

One Synchronization method is going to MY PAGE and opening the [CLOUD] tab, then going to [Synchronization method] to select [Synchronize selected music files only] or [Synchronize all music files].
When managing tracks on an external storage device or using only the playlists needed on a laptop, [Synchronize selected music files only] is recommended.
Select this setting to use storage space more efficiently.
By downloading the tracks and playlists needed on the DJ player on rekordbox in advance, the DJ player can be played offline in a location without internet connection.
If you wish to use the Dropbox desktop application when this setting is selected, please see the precautions here.
To manage all the tracks saved in the storage on a PC/Mac used at home and a PC/Mac used in a studio, etc. and keep them synchronized, [Synchronize all music files] is recommended.
Select this setting if there is enough storage space on each PC/Mac and you wish to maintain the same content on the computers as on Dropbox.
This setting offers the function of linking the Dropbox desktop application and rekordbox.
For details on the Dropbox desktop application, see the information below.
https://www.dropbox.com/install
* A different Synchronization method can be selected for each PC/Mac computer.
E.G.) A desktop computer used in the studio can be set to [Synchronize all music files] while a laptop used for tours is set to [Synchronize selected music files only].
* A Professional plan subscription is required to use [Collection Auto Upload].
* See here for details on the Synchronization methods.
What are the Cloud Library Sync Synchronization methods in detail?
https://rekordbox.com/en/support/faq/library-sync-6/#faq-q600165
With Mobile Library Sync you can sync your rekordbox library when your computers and mobile devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
This helps you to seamlessly prepare tracks for DJ performance. For example, you can use your computer at home while using a mobile device on the move.

You can hide them using the Cloud column filter.
https://rekordbox.com/en/support/faq/library-sync-6/#faq-4690
The track might not have been downloaded to the device you're using.
Use the icons displayed in the [Collection] window to check whether tracks are downloaded.
Check the status of your Dropbox desktop application.
See here for information on the Synchronization methods.

When a track title is grayed out, it means the file hasn't been transferred from your other computers/mobile devices. To play the track in rekordbox, you need to transfer it from your other computers/mobile devices in one of the following ways:
rekordbox (Mac/Windows): Select the track from a track list, right-click and select [Cloud Library Sync] > [Upload] from the context menu.
rekordbox (iOS): Swipe a track to the left, tap [...], and select [Upload to Cloud].
3. Once the track has been uploaded, it will be downloaded automatically by the Dropbox desktop application installed on your computer.
https://rekordbox.com/en/support/faq/library-sync-6/#faq-4656
You can switch your Dropbox account in:
rekordbox for Mac/Windows: [CLOUD] tab on My Page
rekordbox for iOS/Android: [Settings] > [Account Information] > [Cloud Storage Services]
When you switch your Dropbox account, the changes will be applied to all versions of rekordbox for Mac/Windows/iOS/Android logged in with the same AlphaTheta account.
Please note that you won't be able to play tracks from the cloud storage of the previous Dropbox account because they're deleted from the local Dropbox folder.
https://rekordbox.com/en/support/faq/library-sync-6/#faq-3709
If the tracks in your playlist aren't on the PC/Mac or mobile device you're using, they won't upload to the cloud.
Instead, upload the track from the PC/Mac or mobile device where it's stored.
