What do you need help with?

  • Video playback stops when I use video and lyric at the same time. I select [Preferences] > [Video] > [Output Setting] > [Video Quality] > [High].

    Depending on your system environment, video playback may stop when you select

    [High] for [Video] > [Video Quality] or [Lyric] > [Quality].

    In this case, please select [Middle] or [Low].

  • What are video/image file formats supported ?

    Supported file formats are as follows:

    • Video

    Extension: avi, mpg, mp4, m4v, mov, qtz

    Video format Codec: h.264, mpeg-4, mpeg-2

    Resolution: up to 1920 x 1080

    Audio format: LPCM (aiff), aac, mp3

    • Image

    Jpeg, png, gif

  • Does rekordbox support video files without audio?

    You cannot only play video without audio.

    You can play such videos in combination with audio files.

  • Can I use an external monitor or projector to display video ?

    Yes. Connect an external monitor to your computer using an HDMI cable, etc. (*Video output from a compatible controller to external monitor, etc. is not supported.)
