What do you need help with?

• Can I use my subscription license without an internet connection?

  To start subscription, you need to activate Plus Pack by entering the subscription license key.

  To activate Plus Pack, your computer must be connected to the internet.

  In addition, an internet connection is needed for the renewal of license information.

  In other cases, you can use Plus Pack without an internet connection.

• What is subscription?

  You can use Plus Pack by paying a monthly fee. *

  • rekordbox dvs is also available on rekordbox 4.1.0 or later.
  • rekordbox video is also available on rekordbox 4.2.0 or later.
  • RMX EFFECTS is also available on rekordbox 4.2.1 or later.
  • rekordbox lyric is also available on rekordbox 5.1.0 or later.

  *Subscription agreement will be automatically renewed for another period of one month ("Expiration date of automatically renewed agreements"), unless particular cancellation in writing is made by customers. In the case of AlphaTheta confirming the cancellation during the subscription terms, the agreement will end at the expiration date of such terms.

• How can I cancel my subscription?

  For rekordbox ver. 5 subscription licenses:

  Log in to rekordbox.com and select [My page] > [Licences].

  Click the [Cancel] button located by the license key of the activated subscription to unsubscribe.

  

   

  * rekordbox ver. 6 subscription plans can be canceled at rekordbox.com.

• Can I use a subscription license and a purchased license at the same time?

  No. The subscription license and the purchased license can not be used at the same time.

  Only the following combination is available: rekordbox dj (purchased license) and Lyric Plan.

  Other combinations of subscription and purchased license do not work.

  Combinations of subscription plans do not work, either.

• What are the differences between a subscription license and a purchased license in terms of rekordbox dj function?

  There is no difference in terms of the function.

  rekordbox lyric is only available through a subscription plan.

• What are the differences between the types of subscription?

  Currently, rekordbox subscription plans are as follows. Available functions vary depending on the plan.

  Base Plan : rekordbox dj, rekordbox dvs, rekordbox video, RMX EFFECTS

  Premium Plan : rekordbox dj, rekordbox dvs, rekordbox video, RMX EFFECTS, rekordbox lyric

  Lyric Plan : rekordbox lyric

  The Lyric Plan is a subscription for those who already bought the rekordbox dj Plus Pack.

  If you already bought the rekordbox dj Plus Pack and would like to use the Lyric function, please buy the Lyric Plan subscription license and activate it.

• Will my settings in rekordbox be cleared away when I cancel my subscription?

  You can use rekordbox in EXPORT mode (export to USB device, PRO DJ LINK, etc.) even after cancelling the subscription.

• If I complete the cancellation process, will Plus Pack features be immediately disabled?

  No. You can use Plus Pack during the paid term even after you cancelled the subscription.

• I went through the cancellation process for my subscription. Will it be soon cancelled?

  • The cancelation will be processed immediately and the confirmation mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when you started the subscription. Please check the email to see if your cancellation has successfully completed.
  • Automatic renewal of the subscription (payment) will stop when the cancellation process successfully completed.
  • You can use Plus Pack until the expiration date.

• When is the timing for next subscription renewal after purchasing a subscription?

  The subscription renewal is on a monthly basis.

  For example, if you purchase subscription on the 31st of January, the first renewal date will be on the 28th of February.

  The second renewal date will be on the 31st of March.

  (Note: Subscription cycle is on a calendar basis and not a 30-day basis.)

• Do I have to process subscription payment every month? Or, is it processed automatically?

  You don’t have to process it every month.

  You can purchase automatically recurring subscriptions.
