AlphaTheta Corporation announces the forthcoming release of rekordbox for Mac/Windows (ver. 6.6.4) from its Pioneer DJ brand. Exciting updates to the software, which will be available in this summer, include support for the new bpm supreme streaming service, plus Cloud Analysis – which enables you to analyze new tracks much quicker in rekordbox.

bpm supreme is the latest streaming service to be supported by rekordbox, which also integrates with SoundCloud, Beatport Streaming, Beatsource Streaming, and TIDAL.

Support for bpm supreme: freely mix music from the streaming platform

You can now use rekordbox to play an unlimited number of high-quality tracks from the millions available in the new streaming service offered by bpm supreme – one of the world’s most popular digital music services for DJs. Choose tracks from the massive catalog – which includes new releases, playlists, and exclusive songs – add them to your rekordbox playlists and perform with them using Hot Cues, loops, and Beat Jumps. You can get started with a bpm supreme subscription and choose the Premium plan if you want to store tracks in a crate to play offline. For a limited time, a 1-month free trial is available for all plans.

All-new Cloud Analysis: analyze new tracks quicker

You can analyze tracks much quicker in rekordbox for Mac/Windows (ver. 6.6.4) thanks to Cloud Analysis. When you load a new song in the latest version of the software and this feature is turned on, rekordbox automatically and instantly checks its servers to see if the track has been analyzed before by another DJ’s setup. If it has, the analysis data for everything including waveform, BPM, beat grid, and vocal position is transferred to your rekordbox library, so you don’t need to wait for the track to be analyzed. If the track has never been analyzed before, rekordbox will do so as normal, then send the data to its servers where it’ll be stored permanently – ready to help other DJs. Cloud Analysis works with tracks stored on your hard drive and those from streaming services.

*2 Music distributed by bpm supreme can only be used in rekordbox Performance mode and not Export mode or Link Export mode.
