When your Pioneer DJ products are not recognized as MIDI/Audio devices.
We’ve identified an issue where our product is not recognized as a device (MIDI device, Audio device) when connected to a Windows 10 PC with an Intel 11th generation processor.
The problem is potentially solved by obtaining and installing an audio driver that is compatible with your equipment.
Please contact your PC manufacturer for further information.
You can check the generation of your processor at:
Windows Start > Settings > About > Device specifications
