Cloud Option Issue Due to Payment System Failure

We have identified an issue affecting some customers using the Cloud Option service due to a failure in the payment system that occurred on Saturday, January 25.

[Affected Customers]
Customers subscribed to either:

  • "Core + Cloud Option"
  • "Creative + Cloud Option"

[Issue Details]
Upon subscription renewal, the Cloud Option feature is disabled, preventing users from uploading tracks to Dropbox.
※ Previously uploaded tracks remain stored and can still be downloaded.

[Resolution]
As of Friday, February 21, the issue has been resolved on our system.
For customers whose Cloud Option feature has been disabled, please follow these steps to restore access:

  1. Log in to My Page on pioneerdj.com and enable Cloud Option 1TB permission.
  2. Click the link in the email from Dropbox to join the Cloud Option DJ team.
  3. In rekordbox, go to Preferences > [PLAN], and check the displayed plan name and activation status.
  4. If activation is turned off, switch "Activate this computer" to ON.
  5. In rekordbox, go to Preferences > [CLOUD], turn ON "Sync library to another device", and configure the Cloud Library Sync feature..
