Important notice: Revision of some services and cloud storage capacity for rekordbox Professional plan
Due to the policy and specification changes of Dropbox on August 25, 2023, we’ll change the amount of Dropbox cloud storage included with the rekordbox Professional plan from unlimited capacity to 5TB on December 5, 2023.
If you currently subscribe to the Professional plan and have more than 5TB of files in Dropbox, please reduce your use to 5TB or less by January 31, 2024.
After January 31, 2024, Dropbox accounts with more than 5TB of files will no longer synchronize with the cloud storage and some services will become unavailable.
If you don’t take action by February 29, 2024, your Dropbox account and all files in the cloud storage will be deleted and will no longer be available, so we urge you to take action as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We’ll continue to provide new features and services to meet DJs’ needs, and we appreciate your understanding about this change.

How to check your Dropbox cloud storage capacity
*Customers using more than 5TB of cloud storage will need to move their files to a separate storage facility to keep their Dropbox cloud storage use within the 5TB limit.
