Update: rekordbox subscription problem caused by payment system failure
rekordbox is experiencing ongoing problems with its subscription management server. As we announced previously, users are experiencing some issues, such as being unable to purchase or modify their subscription plans, and some subscriptions are being automatically cancelled.
[Cause]
We've discovered that, as of January 25, 2025, the payment service provider handling rekordbox subscriptions has stopped its service. As a result, all payment processing within rekordbox is experiencing errors.
[Actions Taken]
As an immediate measure, we've extended the contracts of customers whose subscriptions were automatically cancelled. This ensures they can continue using their existing plans and features beyond the original expiration date.
- For customers who'd like to continue with their current plan
As stated above, you can continue using your current subscription plan. Once the payment system is restored, we'll charge the unpaid amount – that couldn't be processed due to the system failure – to your registered payment method. - For customers who'd like to cancel their subscription
Due to the system-initiated contract extension, some rekordbox users have reported being unable to cancel their subscriptions.
For customers who'd like to cancel, we're currently working on providing an alternative cancellation method within the next 1–2 weeks.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and kindly ask for your patience while we resolve the problem.
Please rest assured that no charges will be made for the period during which cancellation is unavailable. - For customers who'd like to purchase a new subscription or modify their plan
Unfortunately, at this time, it's not possible to purchase new subscriptions or modify existing plans.
