Important announcement: rekordbox subscription problem caused by server issues
We're currently experiencing the following issues with the rekordbox subscription management server:
- On rekordbox for Mac/Windows, it's currently not possible to purchase or change plans.
- Some existing subscription plans are being automatically canceled, or a message stating "Your subscription license is about to expire." is being displayed.
We're working to resolve these problems as soon as possible.
For cases where a subscription plan is automatically canceled, we're considering measures to allow continued use under the previous subscription terms, even after cancellation.
We'll be in touch with more information as soon as we have a clear timeline for the fix.
