• Can I subscribe to the paid plan midway while I’m using a license acquired through the offer code?

  Yes you can. However, you must cancel your current license.

  A screen that urges you to cancel the license is displayed when you select the button for the paid plan you want to subscribe to on the Plans page.

  You can subscribe to the paid plan by canceling your license on that screen.

• Can I use the offer code while I’m subscribed to the paid plan?

  The offer code is unavailable while you're subscribed to the paid plan.

  Try either of the following.

  • Cancel your plan and wait until the period of validity expires.
  • Prepare another AlphaTheta account and use the offer code.

• What should I do after I acquire a license?

  Log in to rekordbox with the same AlphaTheta account and activate it.

  If you are using rekordbox for the first time, download it from this page on your PC/Mac.

• The login screen is displayed. Where do I register an account?

  If you don't have an AlphaTheta account, you will be required to register an account first.

  Account registration can be performed from "Don't have an account? Register now" in the login screen.

  After registration is complete, access again.
