New subscriptions and partial plan changes for rekordbox

Due to the suspension of an external payment service, an issue in rekordbox began on Saturday, January 25, 2025, preventing new plan purchases through the subscription management server.
After introducing a new payment service, we've resumed accepting new subscription purchases as of Tuesday, March 4, 2025.

For customers who want to purchase a new subscription

The following plans are currently available:

  • Free + Cloud Option
  • Core + Cloud Option
  • Creative + Cloud Option
  • Professional

* To be able to start accepting new subscriptions as soon as possible following system modifications, we've limited which plans are available. New subscriptions for the Core and Creative plans are currently suspended, and there is currently no scheduled date for them to resume. The Free plan remains available.

For customers who'd like to change their plan

Unfortunately, at this time, it's not possible to change plans.
We're making system modifications to restore the plan change functionality.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

For customers who'd like to continue with their current plan

Billing for your ongoing subscription has not yet been restored.
Once the system is restored, we'll charge the fees that couldn't be processed during the service disruption.
